Hello to you,
Just a couple of things to mention. There is a New Meditation Course starting on Monday 1st of September, if you have not yet been on a course, do try and book on this one, then you will be able to come along to the weekly class, which is going very well (More details below).
I am also giving a Talk at The Royal Hotel on Friday 8th August at 1930. It’s a talk I have given before, lots of people have asked me to do it again and many won’t have heard it. The title is ‘Let your Inner Riches Shine’; do make a note in your diary.

Learn to Relax and develop more Positive Emotion through Meditation
Monday 1st September then 8th, 15th and 22nd at 1900 to 2045
Two meditation practices will be taught the Mindfulness of Breathing which helps cultivate calm, peace and awareness, and the Metta Bhavana which cultivates Loving Kindness.

Sangha Night
(Sangha means friends and community who are inspired by the Buddha’s teaching)
Every Wednesday at 1900 to 2130.
This is a weekly class, including Meditation, Dharma (either discussion or a talk), Buddhist Ritual and a Tea break. This class is open to all. And replaces the Meditation drop in and Dharma discussion evening.
